(c) Pay the balance 60% through the Central Finance Easy Payment Scheme over a period of 05-10 years.

How to construct a home

Here again you are offered 2 option

 (a) We can undertake the entire construction of the house on the direct payment made by you,

 Or else  

(b) You can obtain a loan (to build the house) which is equivalent to 75% of the B.O.Q. value from the Central Finance
     Housing Loan Scheme which is repayable over a period of 5-15 years.
