Term Deposits are money saved by customers and can be reinvested in financial institutions in order to receive interest payments to meet their requirements Deposits can be categorized in to long term and short term investments depending on individual concerns.

TERM DEPOSIT
This is a scheme where deposits are placed for fixed periods of time with provision for interest to be paid either monthly or at maturity. Minimum deposit Rs 5,000/=.

CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSIT
These deposits are "bearer bonds" and the period of deposit varies from 6 months to 4 years. Interest is credited up front and withholding tax at 10% is deducted at source irrespective of the value. Debit tax at 0.1% is levied at the time of refund.

CF EXCEL
This is a short term deposit scheme (3 months and 6 months).

CF OPTIMA
This is a new scheme in deposit mobilization where the depositor has the option of selecting the period of deposit from 90 days to 1825 days.Interest is paid at maturity.

CF ULTRA
This provides for the acceptance of deposits in smaller denominations for the small time investor.Interest is payable at maturity and the deposit period varies from 12 months to 60 months.

CF VANTAGE
This scheme offers high rates of interest that is advantageous to the individual up market depositor and corporate client who makes large deposits.

Minimum deposit Rs 1,000,000/=

Period - 1 year.

CF SENIOR CITIZENS DEPOSIT SCHEME
We are pleased to inform you of the introduction of our latest deposit scheme- CF Senior Citizens Scheme to depositors who our 60 years of age and above.This would enable them to benefit by the high rates of interest offered which would be subject to a maximum of Rs 2,000,000/= per person in terms of deposits.
